Informarea locuitorilor privind activitatea autorit\u0103\u021bilor publice locale, proiectele implementate \u0219i cele \u00een derulare, iar la capitolul promovare, vorbim despre timpul gratuit acordat agen\u021bilor economici nou crea\u021bi pentru promovare. Orice comunitate are nevoie de informa\u021bie pentru a-\u0219i confirma anumite valori, a\u0219tept\u0103ri sau pentru a recunoa\u0219te anumite merite. Oamenii au nevoie de acces la informa\u021bie \u0219i necesitatea de a publica informa\u021bii utile. Astfel, prin publicarea informa\u021biilor va fi asigurat\u0103 transparen\u021ba, care este relevant\u0103 pentru comunitate.
